Select Sign Up on GlobalLinker to create your account
Enter your complete name, email address, mobile number, a password and click on ‘Next’
Now enter the full name of your Company and create a new account for your company
If your Company is already registered, select the company name from the dropdown
If you are registering your Company, click on 'Add Company' next to your company name in the dropdown, and provide the required company details. Note: Enter the email OTP and mobile OTP to complete your verification.
Only your Company Admin can make changes to your Company profile. Being a Company Admin kindly follow these steps to request a change in your Company name:
Sign In and click on your picture (or initials) on the top right of your screen and select 'EDIT' option on your Company eBiz Card
Click on 'Edit' next to your company name
In case your company is verified:
To change your business name, you may:
Select 'Edit' icon under 'Doing Business As'
Update the company name under 'Correct name for Doing Busines As'. Select 'Change' to confirm this update
To update your legal name, you may:
Select 'Change' next to your legal name mentioned next to 'Verified as..'. You will be asked to confirm this step.
Note, in case you proceed with the name change request, your Company will no longer be a verified Company. You will have to initiate the verification request with the relevant documents for the revised company name.
Incase your company is not verified, you may:
Update the company name under 'Doing Business As'
Scroll down and click on 'Save'
Contact us in case you are unable to change your Company name
Being a Company Admin kindly follow these steps to verify your Company:
• Sign In and click on your name from top right and select 'EDIT' next to your Company eBiz Card and click on "Next" • Enter your Company Pan number or click 'UPLOAD' to upload other Government document(s) and click on ‘Save’ Note:
In case you are a sole proprietor or a HUF, kindly provide additional details like VAT/Service tax number to verify your Company on GlobalLinker
In case your Company is registered in any other country besides India then you may submit a Company legal document issued by legal authorities from that region
Post signing in, select Travel Services section from top right, update your travel details and click on 'Book Now'
Select your desired flight and click on 'Continue'
Select Members from the passenger list and click on 'Submit'
Update necessary details under 'Guest Details' page such as JP membership number under 'Frequent Flyer Details' and update contact details
Accept 'Terms and Conditions' to 'Continue to Pay'
While booking Jet Airways tickets, the passenger list will display names of Members who are already a part of your Company on Jet Airways GlobalLinker. In order to add Members to your Company, you may send an invitation to your employees to join Jet Airways GlobalLinker.
